What kind of trash junk food dinner is this? Literally two pieces of chocolate cake, with no signs of proper starch, protein and most importantly, vegetables in sight.

going to cook up a few cheeseburgers we didn't eat dinner yet (took out the hamburger from the freezer far too late) with pepperjack cheese and tomato. the specialty we had to splurge on it.

Those are brownies, thank you very much, and they have flour, eggs, and vegetable oil in them, boom, guess I'm 3 for 3 on those requirements

That's not how starches, protein and vegetable work.

Are you, per chance, a child no older than ten? There is no reason why a fully functional adult don't know what a proper balanced diet is, and don't eat a proper, balanced meal during proper meal times.
