....and they just tripled my download/upload speed for free.
My old plan was 25 mbps download, and I noticed they have a 75 mbps plan offered now for the exact same price I'm currently paying, and the 25 mbps plan no longer even exists. As they should, that's really only fair. Above and beyond would be giving you some credits back for not doing that switch it contacting you to suggest it earlier.

EDIT: Is it xfinity? This topic prompted me to do some digging and it looks like mine was 25 as well and now they're showing up to 55 for the same price I'm paying right now --- Not changing this sig until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
