Rode 5.5 miles from the bike shop home. I usually take the highway and did not realise the back roads where at an incline almost the entire way home. Still I made it and it was a pretty good first ride to get me back into biking.
After getting home I was informed there is a much easier flatter bike path I could have taken if I just rerouted my course a quarter of a mile. I will have to check that path out. --- I am awesome and so are you. Lenny gone but not forgotten. - 12/10/2015 ... Copied to Clipboard!

Nice. I just got one a few months ago. Unfortunately it was also right around the time I started playing Pokemon Go, so my urge to really push myself has diminished due to playing while riding.

Biking is damn fun. I still have a Gary Fisher that I bought when I was 16.

forecast says rain all week, but it should be cleared up by my next day off. I'm trying to decide if I want to try biking to my brother's house (8 miles and mostly flat) or just go to the river(3 miles and some hills). There is a state park with some popular trails about 2 miles away, but you have to bike up a mountain to get to them.

My brother's house was farther than I though on the bike path. According to my mileage thing there and back is 30 kms. roughly 18 and a half miles.
