There are literally NO Asian main cast in the show and thus far there only TWO black characters (Grey Worm & Missandei). Hell, Missandei is actually mixed and not full black.

At this point, yes. It's in its next to last season with most if not all the cast established and scripts outlined, if not fairly fully written. You want to complain about this, go back in time to its more formative seasons when they can make those kind of changes because it's too late now to do much.

He is Hawaiian.

As for the lack of 'PoC':
Most Asian-looking people live in the region known as Yi Ti.

And dark-skinned people originate from the continent Sothoryos, which is south of Essos.

Both are so far away from anywhere the story takes place. The city of Qarth is pretty much closer to both regions than any other places we've seen on the show. That, together with being fact Qarth is a port city, is why it makes sense that Qarth is more multicultural than most other cities.
