My brother did.
When he later sold the house, he got a call from the buyer, who was angry because he sold him a house "with a spirit in it." This supposedly defiled many generations of the buyer's family. I don't think I would. I believe in spirits/ghost so something violent like that was scare me out of purchasing the house.
I did just recently purchased a house where an elderly lady passed away in it. She passed peacefully in her bed with family, her nurse and friends. The estate left a few bureus and other items in the house but we asked for them to clean it out completely. We plan on doing a ceremony when we are done remodeling the floor and kitchen. --- ... My brother was actually putting in an offer on it when the murder happened. My uncle said "well, it should be cheap now," lol. The whole thing was pretty complicated. I was never clear on the details but there was a large sum of money and multiple conspirators involved. The actual murderer supposedly stabbed himself in some non-vital area so he could claim self-defense, in exchange for a larger share of the money. I never did figure out how they ended up getting caught, nor why the murderer didn't just give himself a black eye. Probably none of it is true. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
