So someone died that was almost like another parent. My parents worked and my best friend's aunt would take care of both of us after school and early in the morning for all the years from when I started school to almost finishing Highschool. She was great and was single and always wanted kids of her own which is why she took great care of us since she wasn't our parents she gave us cool advice and was always smart.

Turns out she was battling with cancer for a while but it was worse than everyone thought and she died yesterday.

I cried really bad when I heard the news and it almost felt like my crying didn't reach the pain I felt so as I went along with it I did those guttural cries that I never even thought were real outside of movies.

I must have cried for 30 minutes straight and now my head aches and hurts badly from all the crying damn ;_;

It's pretty bad when society has placed such a taboo on men crying that we say things like "male crying" without even thinking about it. Nothing wrong with crying, it's healthy and feels amazing when you're overwhelmed by emotion.

I'm really sorry to hear about what happened though. =/
