Pretty much, but he apparently did lose a little weight right before the surgery. However, he did just jump from one doctor to the next until someone agreed to do it. All the smart doctors turned him away because they knew he was full of shit and would be a high risk patient. He's a great guy in a shitty body, with mental problems that has made it nearly impossible for him to get his weight under control. I know it's hard for a lot of people to support him after so many gains and losses but this is it for him. Either he succeeds or he fucking dies. He can't even live the lifestyle he was living before, now. It's literally impossible. It'd be the death of him to even attempt it. And he knows that. Which is part of why he wanted the surgery. He knew that without the surgery, that option to eat a large meal, or down a lot of Mtn Dew, would still be there. Take that option away and make him live a year without even being physically capable of consuming either and he'll be able to control it better later on.
