SGT_Conti 07/31/17 7:46:07 PM #2:	You can still play the DLC heists if you're with a friend who owns them. I don't think they'll show up on Crime.net though. I don't think any of the DLC weapons are special or the best so those aren't absolutely necessary. Characters are cosmetic but the perk decks they come with do change how you play, but I mostly use the free ones anyway.
