These people are everywhere on the internet. They post things like "it's such a shame that in our country (America) women can't show their bodies or it's considered indecent". While this statement itself is not an indicator of being this type of person, certain contexts will tip you off. It's clear they're just frustrated that the (often unintentionally) sexual material they're viewing isn't full-blown porn so they frame it as a women's rights or cultural backwardness issue to have it taken seriously.
