msg and all of the other versions are not bound to protein which means it crosses the blood brain barrier, its different from the glutamate naturally found in food.

msg is different from the glutamate found in natural food sources.

i dont think you understand what msg is.
monosodium glutamate. a salt. a complex between sodium and glutamate. when you dissolve msg. it becomes sodium and glutamate. glutamate is glutamate. the "glutamate in food sources" you're bringing up is called glutamic acid

Multiple blind studies trying to show whether msg is hazardous and can cause headaches and health problems have proven it all false. They did experiments where people who swear they get msg reactions ate it and experienced nothing.

MSG is a salty savory compound derived from umami foods, not some sort of bogeyman chemical made in a nightmare factory.

Plus it's also why many Asian foods taste so good.

of course, consuming too much MSG isn't good for you either. too much of anything will kill you. but that's common sense

sodium salt that is isolated from the other parts, it doesnt have the other stabilizers and amino acids and since its multiplied and sold as a single item of course thats why there is damage to the body.

the people that have adverse effects right away from msg are the lucky ones, the ones that dont have damage being done to the body because they arent being warned to stay away from it.
