I have no idea what powershift means but as far as the from reaper goes its kinda seen as a tough guy tacticool feel. The Celtic cross comes in varying lengths. I've seen them enclosed such as this to extended ones like the one I have tattooed on my arm. I know plenty of cops that would wear this. Especially if a fellow officer designed it. Not a one of them a racist. As I said earlier I came in expecting to be outraged.
