Heat to a boil.

Prepare a tablespoon of cornstarch and 1/4c vinegar. when the pineapple is to a boil mix the cornstarch rigorously into the vinegar and then dump it into the pineapple juice and then mix that up vigorously. (this is important otherwise the cornstarch will clump), add the solid pineapple tidbits. Simmer for ... mmm... yeaaaa minutes. (idk, 10 ish?)

Start your rice up, idk - 2cups ish?

Make some meatballs... steam some broccoli. (slice some peppers or mushrooms, i don't care)

Once the meatballs are cooked dump them into the simmered pineapple mix and then simmer it all again!. After 10 minutes or so dump in the veggies and rice into the meatballs, toss it up and serve.

Would rather serve it over rice and vegetables than mix it all together but good simple recipe for sweet and sour pineapple meatballs
