Both. I've only had the Doctor ask if I've ever considered suicide once but despite the answer being no he did say that if I ever did a suicide hotline would help get me the help I'd need. Good to know I guess. :3

Not wanting to live anymore is at least suicidal ideation and warrants a call. But you should still try to find a therapist because you arent really solving the problem by calling.
