Yes No View Results 21 y/o Elliot Fletcher, a Los Angeles Actor who made his debut in MTV's Faking It and is now in a recurring role on the Fosters was born a Girl and came out Transgender in 2013. He is a rising star who is breaking into Hollywood as a real life trans actor and has played the romantic male leads in some of his roles.. He doesn't like talking about being a "trans" actor however as he wants to be acknowledged for his work as a Male actor and can hold his own in male dominated roles. Would you have guessed he was transgender if i didn't reveal he was? let's see what people will vote.
