Certainly shouldn't be subsidized though (in fact, why would it need to be...do they mean the goverment should pay for the prostitutes not them......seriously?). Drugs and prostitution should be legal, cops should only pull a gun if one is pulled on and pointed at them first, and anyone who receives a jail term of over 10 years should have the option to be put to death instead.
