I plan to stay for around 2.5 weeks. Airfare, hotel, transportation and food fees are already figured out. I want to buy some gifts for co-workers ~8 people and some family.

If you can spare the budget for it, bring more rather than less >_>

When I went, Japan was full of gimmicky little toys and baubles and cute plushies that I burned through my souvenir budget fast because everything was good.

Kanto, Chubu and possibly Kansai. I plan to buy candy, stationery and small trinkets.
