Maybe not the best way to phrase the topic title. What I'm asking is: in the Christian community, whenever someone does something good someone else may respond with "they're such a good christian"

even non-christians I know (myself included) sort of hold Christians to a higher moral standard. When I see someone who identifies as a Christian do something good for no reason I'll think to myself "they're a good christian"

does this sort of thing happen in islamic communities?
