It says a lot about America when neo-Nazis are allowed to congregate and organize and the people trying to stop them are arrested.

Fuck Neo-Nazis and fuck the liberal mindset of "but they should be allowed to organize without community repercussions"

That group had a permit to march there. I don't know anything about the group or what they believe, but if they were granted a permit then it's their right to march and protest.

It's not a liberal mindset. It's a fucking alt righter position.

It's just in the Constitution that they have the right to assemble. It's just that people who support Neo Nazis tend to not support other people's rights to protest, like BLM.

Shut them down how? Through violence and force? And it's quite rich to see antifa decrying fascism even though they're literally the fascists leveraging violence and threats of violence to get their way. They're no better than the alt right and those people who are marching.

Anti-fascists are literally the fascists, buddy, and if you think what she did was okay you're not only on the wrong side of the law but you're also on the wrong side of history. This kind of shit just justifies their views in their eyes and removes the legitimacy of the opposition. It's called the first amendment. You don't get to decide what groups can and can't assemble. You don't get to decide who can and can't voice their opinions. You don't get to be the thought police or the evil dictator. If you don't like that, move somewhere else. Private citizens counter-protesting white nationalists isn't a violation of the first amendment. The first amendment applies to the government.

it's okay to counter protest, but what they did was incite violence and rioting. don't you see the difference between that?

I don't see a problem with violence when rooting out cancers in a community.

A firearm, no. But shut them down? Sure. Fascism and white nationalism is a disease.

Sounds like she was trying to incite a riot and violence against people she didn't agree with in an effort to shut them down. Sounds like fascism to me.

that's an awful view to hold, because history shows that this leads to bad things. it's literally how Nazis came into existence in the first place, buddy. it's literally Nazi rhetoric, yet you claim that you're against Nazis.

It says a lot about America when neo-Nazis are allowed to congregate and organize and the people trying to stop them are arrested.

Fuck Neo-Nazis and fuck the liberal mindset of "but they should be allowed to organize without community repercussions"

It's called the first amendment. You don't get to decide what groups can and can't assemble. You don't get to decide who can and can't voice their opinions. You don't get to be the thought police or the evil dictator. If you don't like that, move somewhere else. It's disgusting how fascists who pretend to be "liberals" actually want to get rid of one of the most fundamental freedoms our country guarantees.

Just because it's the law doesn't mean it's just

There's only one thing to do when you've got a Nazi

maybe the left should stop calling people who disagree with it Nazis, then. because i'm pretty sure you've been calling people Nazis even when they aren't Nazis.

Exactly. Again, this goes back to the very basic facts - the group had a permit to march. She incited violence and rioting, even to the point of physically assaulting someone. It's textbook fascism and a fair next. I know absolutely nothing about the group that was marching, except for the fact that they went through the legal steps necessary to get a permit. *shrug*

This is why the mod system has no clue what white nationalism (aka racism) looks like, if your interpretation of the political climate is in any way typical for the mods.

It's ironic how these SJW antifa types don't seem opposed to using violence at their counter protests but the vast majority of them are uncoordinated limp wristed pencil necks who couldn't crack an egg.
