20 y/o Heifer, Taylor Ashton Mosely, a college student from North Carolina was arrested after she had Sex with a 14 YEAR OLD BOY whom she met through a mutual friend!!.

She works at a bar at JM's Place and met the teen through a co-worker...but when the boy's mother found out about the relationship, she blew the whistle on them but Taylor turned herself in before the police got to her first..

Taylor is now being charged with statutory rape, statutory sex offence with a child and indecent liberties with a child

She's a student at East Carolina University who worked at the bar with a friend who introduced her to a 14 y/o kid...the 2 had sex in May and the mom found out who contacted social services.

Taylor turned herself in the police and is on 225,000 bond..

Age of consent is such a tricky thing, because it's treated like "one size fits all" when teenagers are a mixed bag at the best of times. My one friend is 18, but one of the most level-headed, mature people I've ever met. Then there's another guy my age (32) that acts like Stifler from American Pie all the time... Another person I know married his friend's mom (they met through her while he was in college).

I respect the need for boundaries/laws, and it's one of those things where some people can probably have a bigger age gap and make it work, but 16 (legal age here) has a ton of gray area. When I was 14 (legal when I was in high school) there's no way I'd have coped with an adult relationship, not even at 16, but there were people I knew that almost certainly could have.
