Morning workouts get me feeling better throughout the day, but my body's so tired from sleeping. Night workouts I enjoy a lot more, but they keep me up late at night.

They both have their draws, but I exercise in the morning usually.

I get up and ride my bike for about an hour every morning (weather permitting). Exercising is the best way to wake up.

I have more energy enjoy the workout itself better at night but I'll find reasons not to go 9/10 times. I know workout in the morning, which sucks for the first 30ish minutes (from waking to startup), then I'm good for the rest of the day (and sleep better). The best thing about workouts in the morning for me (a non-exercise lover) is that by the time I get home/shower its not much different than if I had woken up and fumbled around for an hour. Plus the gym not as crowded.
