Them being competent is a refreshing change of pace from the sheer worthlessness they became at the middle of season 2. The music is from the original seasons so it's not too jarring a change either. I really liked seeing their toys actually be put to good use for once, kind of like stand powers. Also, Sherlock swinging to the ground while holding someone via telekinesis.
