I like metal but don't care for them much. I don't hate them or anything but I'm not really too big on 80's metal like that in general. I'm more into thrash, death, doom, and black metal primarily from the 90's on.

80's metal just has a kind of cheesy sound to me.

This is pretty much my metal taste, although getting into black metal a bit lately. I used to love Iron Maiden but now they annoy the shit out of me, apart from the early punkish stuff. I'm not primarily a metal fan though.
