Pork ribs, given a spice rub, baked for 15 minutes each side and then put in the slow cooker in a homemade bbq sauce for 8 hours. Recipe here:

Story time: I actually lived with this chef for a while - he was a really top quality chef - and I nearly went gay as hell for him. His cooking was just sublime.

I'm sure I could spin that into a real story some day but for now I'm just hungry and low energy.

this ones pretty good, would substitute a glass of room tap water for a soda on my end
his version is spot on though as another has suggested some peas (yes those are missing).

When you live in the UK goose fat is basically something you could even just ask the local farmer for. But I found mine in tesco.
