Haven't been to the gym for a month. Took some mr Hyde. Ran a bit, bench sets up to 225, then deadlift sets up to 315. Then just some accessory lifts because I was just dead tired today.

I take Mr Hyde too, it's pretty good. I work out fasted in the morning so the niacin sometimes gives me tingling/hot flashes which is annoying, but it's good otherwise.
