A straight up repeal is great since you won't need to get hit by that tax penalty. Being insured with a high deductible still leaves you effectively uninsured as by the time it kicks in you are going to be bankrupt from debt since you are still paying a lot out of pocket.

i agree that it has issues....the concern should be with FIXING those issues and amending the bill, not completely eliminating it..."this bill is bad for some people (which is an over exaggeration at that), so we're going to eliminate it rather than fix it and screw over millions of more people".....that is a dumb thought process.
