In either case if the boxing gym has any people that compete at amateur level and have coaches that either competed or trained at amateur level (or better), they're good. Same thing with MT but ideally they train or trained in Thailand. Also a lot of clinch work. BJJ? No idea ... Copied to Clipboard!

Practical, how?
Boxing and Muay Thai are striking disciplines, so they're basically worthless outside of a regulated fighting match. BJJ teaches grappling, and grappling is far more effective at actually subduing someone. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
