Is it okay for the "guts" to be facing "up"/the label to be facing away from you? All of the videos I watched show the label facing toward you, but on this Seagate I bought, the side that the plug has to go makes it so that it doesn't fit unless the label is facing away from you, and now it's got me all paranoid.
