I have no idea, but try RateYourMusic try boards like /mu/ on 4chan or subreddits r/indieheads on reddit. from what i've seen KanyeToThe is good for this as well this site's music boards used to be good for this as well but they're all dead except for the rap/hiphop board, which i guess would be good to use if you wanted to find artists of that genre, as well as RnB occasionally also you can always ask here, honestly what? that board is DEAD and terrible. they just dick ride lil wayne, kanye, nas, kendrick, and chance.
