Right now, ~~Victor~~ is the only redeemable character. Especially considering that... If TWD wasn't able to borrow from the best parts of the comics, they'd probably be exactly the same. Even then TWD manages to have plenty of filler and watered-down versions of characters. I read someone's idea on a different board that the best thing Fear could do is show Madison's steady decline into becoming a fully-fledged villain and then finally pit her up against Rick's group in the main show to close the story.
