We have our 1st banned card: Restructer.
HHG is getting nerfed: Mai will now start with it as the top card of the deck. 3SD will now cost 3000. Ishizus fairy draw will raise to 1000 LP. Also cheating is being discovered more and more by Konami. The cheats are basically using Mind Scan and other skills all at once without penalty. Some top players of the WCQ have been outed as cheaters, such as creative timothy or whatever his name is, and are being banned. --- "This is war.
