I prefer boneless. I don't like having to "work" to eat my food, and I don't understand people who are okay with it.

Boneless easily, more meat with less bones. Love my chicken nuggets (since someone is going to make that comment anyway and I don't actually see how that's insulting anyway).

Bone in is better but I'll often do boneless when out in public due to the mess.

They normally end up tasting better when they're unbreaded, and the dark meat provides a texture that is a better fit for the flavor of the buffalo sauce.

But I do like boneless too.

Boneless, generally. Only thing I like boned for is chicken breast where I make stuff and cook it under the breast. That way it absorbs the flavor like in a stuffed bird. Doesn't work as well with boneless.

Meat cooks differently around the bone. I'm not actually a dark meat enthusiast, but I do like variety in meat tastes and textures and bone-in gives you that.

Bone in for wings, t-bone, ribs, ham hock, ham, turkey legs, lamb shank, ox tail, drumsticks . . . yeah all the best meats have bone. Ever a nice ribeye is better as a tomahawk steak.

Boneless. There are only four meats I will eat with the bone. T-Bone steak, ribs, pork chops, and smoked fish, usually salmon.

If anything else has bones, I won't touch it.

Boneless.

I usually end up wasting most of the bone-in wings because eating it all kind of grosses me out. There are a few occasions where bone-in tastes really good and that's only when the breading is extra crispy with no sogginess whatsoever. Surprisingly, Walmart has some pretty tasty bone-in wings/drummies. I can eat the hell out of them.

Anyway, boneless all the way. The only time I eat bone in wings is when I make the Tyson buffalo kind at home.
