I don't get why people hate that idea. If they're going to give me ads that I'm actually interested in I'm happy. Poke Jost, but in all seriousness you could do all that with <5 MB. They probably just threw in a bunch of stuff the program didn't need because they had it laying around and didn't feel like sorting it out.
