Rewatching season one, and Jimmy has a conversation with Chuck that makes it seem like he admits to having staged the whole incident with the guy falling off the billboard, insisting that he's only doing what he has to in order to get his name out there.
...Am I hearing this right? Is that actually what happened? He staged the guy falling? Or did that actually happen and I'm just misunderstanding things? ... Copied to Clipboard!

Yeah it was very clear in the billboard episode that the entire thing was staged
