I don't mean they ate your food without asking, I mean stolen something of significant value.

I once had a roommate move out, and before he left, he decided to steal my copy of Super Mario RPG that I'd had since childhood. He had moved out of state, and I was half tempted to drive out there and beat his ass, especially with the excuse he gave me. "Yeah, it was in my bags by accident, and I was gonna mail it back to you, but then I lost it."

My older sister (like 20 at the time) tried to steal money from me (though we sleep in separate rooms) . I caught her in the act and she tried to hold her hands behind her back so that I couldn't see :/

When I called her out she was like "Oh I was just cleaning my room and wanted to know if you'd take the loose change I have in exchange for a couple of your dollars" or something like that. Sure, that's why you took the money from me first without my consent after waiting on the loveseat outside my room and timing the opening of my door with me opening the door to the fridge so I wouldn't notice.

Yeah.

My old roommate sold a couple of my Xbox games and I never got a chance to play them. I know at least one was Arkham Origins that was still wrapped.

He did it cause he had no money cause he wasn't working the last month we lived together. Didn't notice until I was moving out and saw I was missing some games.

Fuck that guy.
