There's even a pub there with 200+ beers on tap it's awesome. Vancouver has done a pretty good job of repurposing olympic venues. The hockey and skating venues already existed, the curling venue was turned into a curling club and a whole community center, as was the speed skating oval in Richmond. That picture was likely taken when they were renewing the pitch. Today it is hosting soccer games just like before, and the field looks great.
