If I listen to a song on Spotify for instance it will track the song and artist but not the album. What's up with that? I'm using the "Last.fm Scrobbler" Chrome extension if that matters.

The only browser add-on scrobbling I do is YouScrobbler for Youtube in Firefox, so I don't know how applicable this is, but mine wouldn't register an album because I hadn't selected the option to do so. See if there's a hidden option of toggle somewhere.
Barring that, take it to the Last.fm forums; they're usually pretty on the ball and there's probably a dedicated subforum/thread to Spotify scrobbling specifically. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

The Spotify software has last.fm built into it. Use the player, not your browser.

I guess no album scrobbling is just something I'll have to put up with unless Spotify adds last.fm support to the web player or I find an extension that actually works properly. ...
