She shared selfies of her transformation and explained how she started gaining weight after a bad break up and said she "lost herself" and dealing with family issues and getting used to a new college...so she stopped feeding herself properly and isolated herself where she lost weight She said "I was going through too many emotionally draining things at once and eventually i hit my breaking point and gave up on myself. I stopped caring about myself, everyone else around me, my education, everything..Instead i would just go days without eating and isolated myself in my room all day" For 7 months she dropped the pounds until she finally got her "s***" together and gained back twice the amount of weight that she lost!! She started paying attention to her meals and set a goal of eating 3000 calories a day or 500 per meal. Some included cheesy egg sandwiches, oatmeal, granola and other sandwiches stuffed with tuna.
