Current Events > Is it me or are the Characters in Until Dawn uhhhhhh STUPID (spoilers)

while im enjoying the game, i cant help but feel that the choices the characters make (or try to) are just so mindblowingly stupid. and i dont mean the ones you get to choose, i mean the ones that just happen to move game along.


ima just name my favorite moments of this playing out


Example 1. they all return to the SAME PLACE where of there friends went missing a year ago but NOW have to deal with their Friend who COMPLETELY LOST IT

Example 2 jess phone comes flying thru the cabin window (after she lost it somewhere outside) where her and mike are about to fuck, and her FIRST instict is to, GO OUTSIDE AND YELL AT THE THING THAT THREW HER PHONE THRU THE DAMN WINDOW ( Keep in mind she shook and feels something is following them) 10 sec later shes get dragged thru the window by the thing.

Example 3 mike follows whatever it is hes folowing, and sees him in a room with 2 wolves. WHAT DOES MIKE TRY TO DO WHILE ALL 3 of them ARE INSIDE? OPEN THE DOOR. JESUS KID.

Example 4 With the first example in mind, Why is everyone trying to scare the soul out of everyone else in the game....

Example 5 Josh Invite his friends to the lodge but doesnt do any basic checks of the place? The Door is frozen shut, Gates locked , power out and etc I get that this is probably to set the mood of the game, but jesus, hell a racoon or something jumps out at chris within 10 mins in the lodge lmaooo

like i get these are teens, but lmao at this logic

I'm pretty sure The Stranger threw the phone in the window and not the Wendigo. Not that it was a smart decision to go outside anyways, but it's not like her yelling at The Stranger would of caused any harm. It's also not like Jessica knew about the Wendigo problem and was likely thinking that it was some person playing a prank on them.

i get that. but i still would say going outside and yelling when you are already on edge isnt the smartest of all things to do. the stranger from what i recall is just there to help.
