Almost nothing makes me madder than a video automatically playing when I'm not on Youtube. Especially if browsing via my phone.

It's even worse when you can't find out where it's playing. Is it in the top center under the headline? Is it in a tiny box in the bottom right corner scrolling with you? Is it a static video on the right where all the ads are, forcing you to look at all the ads to find the one that's playing a video?
