I don't even hate the job otherwise, there's just one thing that really bothers me.
My manager is an ok guy. I've been with the company for 2 months so far, and he is helpful and accommodating. My issue is with my boss, who is the head of the department I'm in. He has a short temper. Literally an on and off switch, and he actually yells out of the top of his lungs. Actually screaming. Its never warranted either. One guy was yelled at because he asked him a question. It feels stupid leaving a job because of one person. There are other managers that give us poor treatment as well, but I would otherwise overlook it if it weren't for my boss. He gives the place a bad atmosphere, and I directly report to him so its not like I can avoid him. --- The n00b of MBH and CE - and proud of it! President Chunkey Simmons, running for 2016. ... Your problem is TC that you allowed this shit to happen for so long. The first time any coworker/boss/superior yells or screams at you, you just keep it moving for that time.
Then later in the day you tell them "I understand you were frustrated and all that, but you aren't my mother or father. Treat me with respect because I'm not screaming or yelling at you like a child." I've said this two times in two separate jobs. Never got fired for saying it. --- GT: Mac Da Murderer ...
