Starcraft is great, but the idea that they want people to preorder something like this boggles my mind. None of the usual justifications apply, so why would anybody commit their money to this before it's actually out?

I pre-order everything I'll buy because I have been playing games for like 27 years and I know exactly what I will and won't enjoy so there's no risk. I also enjoy only allowing myself to spend a certain amount per year on games, so pre-ordering for an entire year with Amazon prime saves me 20% on each game as well as allowing me to easily track my game budget I don't give a shit about starcraft, so I won't buy this, but it's easy to see why people pre-order --- ...
