I used to get them regularly a few years ago. The transparent ones and the 'black lightning' ones when you blinked. For some reason they just never came back, if I had to guess it's probably that you're not getting enough sleep.

They never go away, you just learn to ignore them. If there are enough to actually block a large portion of your vision, you can talk to your doctor about it.
