Bad_Mojo 06/26/17 11:49:26 AM #1:	Not by choice, I'm just not tired. I work (Well, not any more, lol), I exercise, I don't drink or eat sugary things, and I drink and smoke a little at night. The only thing I can think is that I stare at my TV for too long, but that would only effect how long it takes me to go to sleep, right?. I went to sleep last night, feeling good, at 3am or so. I was up at 6:30am, and rested and ready for the day. It's been like this for two weeks. I never hit deep sleep either. It's pretty much me just laying still for a few hours. I guess a dip a bit because time goes quickly, but it's like I'm aware of how long it's been. My body knows what time it is when it wakes up because it hasn't been tricked by going into deep sleep. It's been like this my entire life, but never with so few hours.
