Buy a few dozen houses for five hundred- one thousand each, and put in 5-10k for them to sell for 40k or so until we could buy up a decent amount until we had enough for businesses, franchises, and overall improvement. All while making us a ton of money and making at least a chunk of Detroit a far better, more valuable place.
