The main difference for me is I can tolerate walking around Toronto whereas I refuse to ever set foot in New York city again. Montreal reminded me a lot of Philadelphia, at least the sections I was in. Hamilton also reminds me a lot of Cleveland (but obviously smaller). --- I am a senior software engineer.
