Not so much lonely but I do imagine myself wondering what it would be like to live that type of life at times. Even more so when I see relationship/baby photos. More often than not though folk only post the good stuff on social media and once I realised that I realised that appearances can be deceptive despite what I'm led to believe. This makes me feel a lot better about my own life and see that I'm walking the right path at this point in my life for the most part.

Keep in mind that people only post the good shit on social media. When I go home and see my friends,they always comment that my life and career sound amazing with all the good stories I post on Facebook. In reality, it's good, but there are highs and lows just like for everyone else.

No and if anything it brings me some joy seeing my family and friends being happy. Part of me feels miserable when I see family or friends going through tough times.

I have some friends or family members using Facebook to let off steam or get some encouragement for tough times in their lives. A former co-worker has been semi-complaining about having to find another job now. Her two daughters just finished high school and she, my co-worker, is in her 50's or 60's now I think.
