I wonder what would happen if an 18 year old european man/woman posted a historie about going out drinking like crazy and having fun and sex. Which is legal in europe. I'm addressing the drinking part. lol. Would he be modded for that here? Since it's 21 year in the US.

That's not a paradox. I doubt you would get modded, but if you did you'd be reminded that the servers are located in the US and those are the laws it uses.

I know that it has nothing to do with paradox: I just didn't have the right word on my tongue while posting it. lol

I see. Dilemma is the best word that comes to my mind but I don't think that's the best fit.

Doesn't matter: In Europe it's illegal to buy it before you turn 18. And drinking it in public. In private homes, the parents decide at what age it's okay for there kids to drink.

I have fond memories of my dad giving me cider or Baileys on certain occassions when I was like 7. ;)

But yeah, another funny thing is that we have a traditional meatball from England/Wales which is a combination of the letters "Fa" and "ggot" put together as one word, delicious. Also cigarettes are called "Fa" "gs".

Pretty sad actually how you can't talk about a standard English food on an English language website, because MURICA HAS BANNED IT!!1 >_> Smh...

Then please inform me about your laws about it.

The National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 (23 U.S.C. § 158) was passed by the United States Congress on July 17, 1984.[1][2][3] It was a controversial bill that punished every state that allowed persons below 21 years to purchase and publicly possess alcoholic beverages by reducing its annual federal highway apportionment by ten percent. The law was later amended, lowering the penalty to eight percent from fiscal year 2012 and beyond.[4]

Despite its name, this act did not outlaw the consumption of alcoholic beverages by those under 21 years of age, just its purchase

i just used Wikipedia just now.

I wasn't informed about the alcohol laws either but i didnt assume things.
