......someone recorded it but he wasn't aware that someone was recording? Iirc he later put his taser or his gun next to the guy that he shot so supposedly he could claim it was self defense or something. Did this case go to trial yet? I don't remember hearing that it did. Kinda seemed like a pretty cut and dry case to me. I know that in the alton sterling case in louisiana and the phalindo castille in minn. the cops were charged but not convicted. I think that in the castille case after watching video the cop in that case was fired before he even went to trial

Can you guys remember, have any of the cops that have been tried for excessive force been convicted? I'm coming up blank here. Although i can remember one case in nyc a yr or 2 ago. But that cop was chinese and reportedly it had been the 1st conviction in quite a while. Coincidence that that cop was chinese? You tell me
