If you're attracted to someone and they act cocky or slightly jerky you might give it a pass, hell you might even like it. If you're not attracted to someone and they act this way then that will probably come across obnoxious. What doesn't really happen to any large degree (despite incels on the internet assuring you repeatedly that it does) is attractive people getting away with straight up creeper shit. Creepy shit is creepy shit, and it's weird that someone's take on this is apparently "Why can't I get away with being creepy?" Instead of "maybe I shouldn't be creepy". Summary: work on your own rapport and your appearance instead of directing impotent rage at more attractive people that have an advantage.
