I have been dating a girl since 5 months ago and its been quite a pleasant/nice relationship, however today she told me her manager talked to her and his employees about a few work positions overseas (She works in the culinary/gastronomy field).

She just made the comment and said it wasnt even sure, but there is a high chance she will most likely take the job if the opportunity is given (Her situation is rather modest and she does works hard indeed so it would be a decent boost to her to her salary and stuff, which is kinda the opposite of me since im in a much more comfortable position)

Assuming she was eventually going to take it no matter what... should i start to moving on slowly from her or just wait until there is an official confirmation that she will go? We like each other a lot but i think none of us would want a long distance relationship.

At first i think i should just keep enjoying my time with her but at the same time im not sure if i will regret not moving one from now and opening my chances with other potential girls in the time being (assuming this would be inevitable). This may or may not happen in the next 30 to 45 days as reference.

For those who have been in similar situations before, what did you do?

Start moving on, she's already told you she's ready to bail on you.
